R+D Beta Test Kitchen 3/24 Birria Short Rib Tacos!

Tonight for R+D Beta Test Kitchen, bringing back a favorite, Birria Street Taco starting at 5pm.

Birria is a popular Mexican dish originating from the state of Jalisco, traditionally served on special occasions.  Birria typically consists of goat meat stewed with a combination of chilis. In this case, we'll be serving beef short-rib stewed with Guajilla, Ancho, Chili de Arbol, Adobo. The results of slow simmer stewing this delicious concoction yield a rich broth known as consommé used for dipping.  

We dip tortilla in consommé and grill on a high temperature flat top with Oaxaca cheese until crispy then serve with a hearty portion of birria.
